More importantly, the support tickets I submitted were not emotional but rather focused on the specific issue at hand. If they were perceived otherwise, that was certainly not the intention. However, the problem I’m describing now is indeed a continuation of the original one – it’s just better defined. The core issue is simple: I downloaded the animated logo slider, it appears in my licenses, but it does not show up anywhere in my site’s backend. That’s a usability and installation issue from the marketplace side, not the add-on itself. If this falls under Portland Labs’ responsibility, I’d appreciate it if you could either forward the case accordingly or advise on the correct support path – instead of simply dismissing it.
